She was predeceased by: her parents, Garfield Jorgenson and Hyllis Hauk Jorgenson. She is survived by: her children, Douglas Leiske (Crista), Kelly Ann Riley (Richard) and Kerry Lyn Lentz (Greg); her brother Garfield Jorgenson Jr.; her friend Sherri Landis; and her grandchildren, Ashlyn, Austin, Cody, Colton, Asher, Warren, Gabriella, Zach, Zander and Matthew.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation in her memory.
