She was predeceased by: her parents, James Frank Cheatham and Ruby Mae Rodgers Cheatham; her brother Roger Cheatham; and her sister-in-law Wilma Cheatham. She is survived by: her husband Charles Jerry Waugh, Sr.; her children, Jerry Waugh (Ashley), Rebecca Clapp (Richard) and Denise Sisulak (Ron); her brothers, Howell Cheatham and Hoyt Cheatham (Joyce); and her sister-in-law Vicki Cheatham (Fourteen). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Family requests that donations be made to Children's Hospital in Birmingham and to St. Jude's. Both donations would be acceptable.
