She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Ballew. She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Bentley (Bruce) and Stan Ballew (Beverly); her grandsons, Adam Ballew and Clinton Ballew; and her great grandchildren, Landen Ballew, A. J. Ballew, Eliza Ballew and Silas Ballew. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
