It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Gerstlauer of Huntsville, Alabama, born in Section, Alabama, who passed away on February 13, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bill; her parents, Olivia Zeigler and Cletus Zeigler of Section, AL; her brothers, Burrell Zeigler of Chattanooga and Gerald Zeigler of Scottsboro; and her brother-in-law James "Bud" Flanagan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Fran Gilbert (Randy) and Susan Willis (Richard Howard); her grandchild Whitley Reynolds (Chase); her great grandchildren, Eli and Easton; her sister Linda Flanagan of Huntsville; her sister-in-law Mary Zeigler of Scottsboro, AL; and her nieces, Jennie Bibler (Joe) of Chattanooga, TN, Leigh Conolly of Atlanta, GA, Lori Pearson (Ron) of Atlanta, GA, Melanie Elliott (Michael) of Huntsville and Lisa Flanagan of Huntsville.
