He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Scaduto and Maria Ventra Scaduto. He is survived by: his children, Nano, Metta and Lila; his wife Mayra Penuelas of Huntsville; his daughters, Paola Sanabria of Huntsville and Andrea Sanabria; his son-in-law Jose Luis Contreas of Cucuta, Columbia; his siblings, Teri Scaduto of Long Island and Larry Scaduto; his half-brother Michael Scaduto of New York; his nephew Christopher Fenton; and his granddaughters, Emma Sophia Contreas and Emma Sophia.

He worried about the environment, and he donated to charity.
