He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lou Files Putnam; his parents, George Putnam and Aliene Putnam; his sister Georgiene Putnam Scott; his brother-in-law Robert Scott; his nephew Steven Scott; his sister-in-law Betty Barbara Putnam; and his niece Laura Leigh Putnam.
He is survived by: his son Frankie, Jr.; his wife Martha of Cypress, TX; his daughters, Luanne Keith (Don) of Pulaski, TN and Laura Junkins of Collierville, TN; his brother Judd Lee Putnam of Aledo, TX; and his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Walker of Litchfield Park, AZ and Jack Walker of Litchfield Park, AZ. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, two nephews and two nieces.
