We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2024, at the age of 88, Franklin Eugene Rouse Sr. (Huntsville, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Beverly Burnell and Ethel Mae Delk; and his siblings, John Burnell Rouse (J. B.) and Jocelyn Rouse. He is survived by: his wife Terry "Leigh" Rouse; his sister Thelma Brumfield; his children, Frank Rouse, Jr. (Betsy), Sandra Watson and Karen Rouse; and his stepdaughter Heather Conn (Pete). He is also survived by his family, friends.

If desired and in lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Gurley Methodist Church in Frank's memory or the charity of your choice.
