She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas "Tommy" Shaw; and her mother Tomiko Mitsui. She is survived by: her children, Susan Wanda McCluskey (Dennis), Stephen Vincent Shaw (Teresa) and Mary Ann White (Kevin); and her grandchildren, Candice Morgan, Holly Chamblee, Jason Shaw, Brian Shaw and Suzanne McCluskey. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
