He is survived by: his wife Janice Swearengin; his daughter Denice Kirby; his son-in-law Scott Kirby; his grandchildren, Nichole (Tyler Charlton), Christopher and Blake Kirby; his nephew Jeff Smith (Karen Smith); and his niece Julie McNabb (Todd).
