He is survived by: his mother Margaret Perry Caraway; his wife Rosemary Bryant Caraway; his children, Lesley Caraway and Gary Caraway, Jr. (Chelsea); his grandsons, Cannon and Colt Caraway; and his siblings, James "Jim" Caraway, Jr. (Shirley) and Lynn Caraway Nance (David). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
