He was predeceased by: his siblings, Terry Bruce Shepard, Barbara Ann Shepard and Arliss Sue Shepard. He is survived by: his wife Johnnie Kathryn Tribble Shepard; his daughters, Sara Rene and Shepard Latham; his grandsons, Nicholas Swayne, Andrew Shepard and Christopher Steele Latham; and his siblings, James Earl Shepard and Norma Sharon Shepard Coppock. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
