She was predeceased by: her husband Gaithel Harold Gammons; her parents, James Ulus Jones and Ada Pearl Key Jones; and her siblings, Wilma Scott of Opal Hodgins, Shirley Jones, Claude Jones, Lloyd Jones and Bill Jones.
She is survived by: her daughter Bonita Gammons Gibson (Bonnie); her son-in-law Dave; her grandchildren, Jennifer Gibson Carns and Brian Douglas Gibson; and her siblings, Audrey Needham, Shelvia Ettinger (Dan), Frank Jones (Judy) and Bobby Jones. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
