He was predeceased by: his former wife Dorothy S. Belew; and his daughter Linda A. Belew. He is survived by: his wife Norma A. Belew; his children, David M. Belew and Mary Belew Elkins (Barry); his stepdaughters, Kim Tuzzio and Stephanie Robbins (Ronnie); and his grandchildren, Amanda Hunter, Rachel Flom and Cooper Elkins.
