Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Horace Leon Garner (Huntsville, Alabama), born in Madison, Alabama, who passed away at the age of 75, on April 6, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Lester and Hattie Orr Garner. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Garner; his children, Kimberly Garner of Alexandria, VA, Troy Lashon Garner (Kimberly Fields-Garner), Patrick Garner (Sharon) of Birmingham, AL and Keith Jones of Riley, NC; his sisters, Lily Garner of Huntsville, AL, Joyce Garner of Huntsville, AL and Verna Curry (Bobby) of Huntsville, AL; his grandchildren, Tory Garner, Asia Garner and Gabriel Garner; his sister-in-law Johnnie Jackson (Thomas) of Youngstown, OH; and his nephew Rickey Garner of Huntsville, AL. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Public viewing will be held from 12:00 noon, until 6:00 p.m., Friday, April 10, 2020 and 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 11, 2020 at the Royal Funeral Home. in lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations be made to the Fellowship of Faith for a scholarship in his name to the Alabama A&M Football program.
