He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Chalmers Braswell and Ruby Daniell Braswell; his stepmother Margaret Samples Braswell; his brother Eugene; and his wife Sue Price Braswell.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Sue Braswell, David Roland Braswell (Jennifer), John Gregory Braswell and James Mark Braswell (Donna). He is also survived by five grandchildren (and spouses) and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Laughlin Service Funeral Home Chapel (2320 Bob Wallace Ave SW, Huntsville, AL 35805). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
