We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2023, at the age of 88, Hugh Braxton Glass of Huntsville, Alabama passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Hugh Braxton Glass to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Almon W. Glass and Saderia G. Glass; his wife Jacqueline Wyatt Glass; his son James Braxton Glass; and his sister Frances Jeanette Spruell.

He is survived by: his daughters, Amelia "Amy" Chambers (Roger) and Saderia "Lisa" Berry (Ralph); his grandchildren, Daniel Chambers (Amber), Emily Graham (Josh), Dr. Anna Berry and Audrey Berry; and his close friend Gillian Carden. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren, nieces.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Boys and Girls Club of Northern Alabama, a cause close to Hugh's heart.
