He is survived by: his wife Regina Armstrong; his children, Zachary Armstrong and Ashley Garrett (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Haley, Hunter, Adalynn, Josiah and Lorelai; and his brother J. W. Sharp. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
