He is survived by : his daughter Janeen Jamar Johnson; his son-in-law Anthony; his grandchildren, Joshua of Long Beach and Olivia of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his nieces and nephews, Jacquelyn Flournoy (Cecil Sr.), Janice A. Jamar, Jacqueline Hewlett, Sonya Leslie (Kenneth), Jeris Jamar, Laban Rodney Jamar (Sharonne) and Joe Dancy; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Rokichia D. Haywood, Alicia Leslie Jackson, Shecola Hewlett Leggs (Von), Catherine M. Flournoy, Janette Jamar, Jeris Jamar, Jessica Jamar, Laban Rodney Jamar Jr., Kenneth Leslie Jr. and Dr. Cecil Jr. (Nikaela). He is also survived by numerous cousins, extended relatives and many friends.
