He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Kelsey; his daughter Shelia Kelsey Hall; his son-in-law Terry Hall; his son Ronnie Kelsey; and his daughter-in-law Fonda Kelsey.
He is survived by: his son Jeff Kelsey; his daughter-in-law Darlene Kelsey; and his grandchildren, Jamey Kelsey (Kellie), Carla Scarberry (Darell), Kim Drawbaugh (Jeremy), Kevin Kelsey (Ashley) and Crystal Brewer (Philip). He is also survived by his 16 great grandchildren.
