He is survived by: his wife Sarah J. Duckworth; his sons, Jeffrey A. Duckworth (Lara) of Wilmington, NC and Michael J. Duckworth (Sherilyn) of Birmingham; his brothers, William M. Duckworth (Gwen) of Lumberton, MS and Ronald C. Duckworth; and his grandchildren, Myers Anne Duckworth, Emmitt Matthew Duckworth, Frances Corine Duckworth, Ruby Marion Narciso and Ava Denell Hawkins.
