He was predeceased by: his parents, George J. Porter and Joan Sheehan Porter; and his brother Jon Porter. He is survived by: his siblings, Thom Porter (Audrey), Bob Porter (Lee), Susan Flynn (Patrick) and Gi Eschenberg (Gary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and life-long friends.
