James left this world on October 12, 2025 at the age of 72, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Anderson Causey and Ruth Payne Causey; and his brother Howard Anderson II (Andy). He is survived by: his children, Len Causey and Charelle (Josh Hudgins); his sister Christine'Christie'Payne (Johnny Boozer); and his grandchildren, Abbie, Ruby, Charlotte, Justin and Willa.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Laughlin Service Funeral Home (2320 Bob Wallace Ave SW, Huntsville, AL 35805). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
