He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphus Foreman and Martha Frances Wheeler Foreman; his wife Rachel Hutto Foreman; and his sisters, Martha Lou Foreman Carter and Judith Foreman Bowman.
He is survived by: his children, Tamara Foreman Rivera (Estuardo) of Kingsport, TN and James Gregory Foreman of San Antonio, TX; his granddaughters, Sarah N. Van Dierdonck, Rachel E. Rivera and V. Ellen Foreman; and his nephews, James C. Carter (Becky), Robert F. Carter, Thomas M. Carter (Sheree) and Kenneth D. Carter.
