He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie McDougal and Lucinda Popham McDougal; and his wife Zennia McClure McDougal. He is survived by: his sons, Terry McDougal of Newbern, NC and Mark McDougal of Lacey's Springs, AL; and his grandchildren, Mark McDougal of Toney, AL and Crystal Tyler of Mitchell, IN. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and many loved nieces and nephews.
