He is survived by: his wife Allyson; his children, Jack and Amelia; his sister Ashlyn Perry (Tristan Samios); his parents, Jay Perry and Gretchen Perry; and his grandmother Gwen Edland. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
