She is survived by: her parents, Albert Bertin and Ilo Bertin; her grandparents, Bertha, Emerson Thomas, Amedee and Germaine Bertin; her brother Christopher Bertin; her children, Preston Appling and Alyssa Colwell (Craig) of Huntsville, AL; and her siblings, Kevin, Ernie (Dawn), Corrine Konecna (Tony) and Cheryl Blake (Todd Appling).
