He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Johnson; his wife Elizabeth Ann Johnson of Molino, FL.; his mother Gertrude Howell Johnson; and his siblings, Lois Johnson, Mollie Huggins, Rodrick Johnson and Darrell Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughter Tracy DeAnne Johnson (John Bounds); his granddaughter Abigail Vanderslice; his siblings, Doris Barnhill, Becky Melton (Wayne), Dale Johnson (Peggy) and Kenneth Johnson (Vickie); his siblings-in-law, Truman Busbee and Betty Kast Sowell; and his close friend Pat Phillips of Tyrone, GA.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Cathedral Assembly of God, 3605 Hwy 45N, Meridian, MS.
