He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Theodore Quarles, Sr. and Dosey V. Skipper Quarles; his wife Barbara Quarles; and his siblings, Hoil, Hoyd, James, Johnny, Charlie, David Quarles and Charlotte.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Theodore Quarles, Jan Garrett (Charles) and Michelle Quarles; his grandchildren, Jordan Riley Garrett (Cayla) and Anna Rachel Garrett; and his great grandchildren, Avery Charles Garrett and Carter Ray Garrett.
