He is survived by: his sisters, Anne Smith of Decatur and Elizabeth Holmes (Tek) of Huntsville; and his siblings' children, Nancy Brindley Bhagia (Kam), Elliot Brindley (Ashley), Tara Claborn (Shannon), Tod Smith (Paula), Wes Holmes and Casey Holmes.
