He was predeceased by : his parent James Arnice Mayhall; and his sister Sue Mayhall Cooper. He is survived by : his brothers, Tex D Mayhall, Travis Mayhall and Billy R Mayhall; his children, Chris, Richard Mayhall, Olivia Mayhall Wren and Jessica Mayhall Hall; his grandchildren, Zachary Mayhall, Mackenzie Mayhall, Mason Mayhall, Orion Wooldridge, Aleyah Wooldridge and Adyson Mayhall; his close friend Agnes Boatright; and also Scooter. He is also survived by his loving family, friends.
