He was predeceased by: his parent James Arnice Mayhall; and his sister Sue Mayhall Cooper. He is survived by: his brothers, Tex D Mayhall, Travis Mayhall and Billy R Mayhall; his children, Chris, Richard Mayhall, Olivia Mayhall Wren and Jessica Mayhall Hall; his grandchildren, Zachary Mayhall, Mackenzie Mayhall, Mason Mayhall, Orion Wooldridge, Aleyah Wooldridge and Adyson Mayhall; his close friend Agnes Boatright; and also Scooter. He is also survived by his loving family, friends.

In lieu of flowers or plants, the family requests donations be made to AA, Rose of Sharon, Manna House, and North American Food Bank.
