He was predeceased by: his parents, William Roberts and Mary Roberts; his sister Debbie Curtis; and his pet Maxwell. He is survived by: his wife Michele Roberts; his son Jerry Roberts; his grandchildren, Maria Huie (Evan), Julia Roberts and Jeremy Roberts; his great grandchild Layla Roberts; his sister Susan Gatlin (Rickey); his stepdaughters, Ashley Martin, Dara Griffin (Brett) and Tara Bennewitz (John); his grandchildren, Evelyn, Ben, James, Elle, Marty and Collins; and his pets, Sly and Dex.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Laughlin Service Funeral Home Chapel (2320 Bob Wallace Ave SW, Huntsville, AL 35805). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
