She is survived by: her husband Edwin Fred Jenkins; her children, Andrew Jenkins (Beth), Matthew Jenkins (Jennifer) and Mandy Cohee (Frank); and her siblings, Janet Kendall and David Evans. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Missions Ministries at Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
