He was predeceased by: his mother Carol Jean Carroll. He is survived by: his son Joshua Dustin Carroll (Ashby); his father James "Dub" Carroll; his brother Jeffrey Dubois Carroll (Lisa); and his nephew Jeremiah Davis Carroll.
