He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Bailey and Fayette Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Glenda; his children, John Russel Jr., Phillip Bragg (Kelly), Wade and Sheryl Maness (Junior); his siblings, Marsha Bennet (John), Faye Peterson (Daryl) and Glenn Bailey (Martha); and his grandchildren, Kristen Wynn, Stephanie Maness-Warren (Brandon), Candice Bragg (Tyler), Aaron Garner, Sarah Garner (Matt), Meghan Michels (Braxton), John Paul Garner, Kirsten Maness (Cole), Cierra Wagner (Kyle), Jackson Bailey and Atticus Bailey. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
