It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jolene Lawson Hangartner (Huntsville, Alabama), born in Nevisdale, Kentucky, who passed away on March 24, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Hangartner; her parents, Joe Matt and Ethel Lawson; and her brothers, Harvey Lawson and E. J. Lawson.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Hangartner (Bob Van Dorpe) of Winter Springs, FL and Scott Hangartner (Karen) of Huntsville; her grandchildren, Alan Hangartner (Carol Ann) of Huntsville, Lawson Hangartner of Huntsville and Haley Hangartner (Dominick Skinner) of Huntsville; her great grandchildren, Sophie Hangartner and Olivia Hangartner; and her sisters, Wilma Hutson and Una B.
