He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Costello and Natale Costello. He is survived by: his wife Etta Rose Costello; his daughters, Deborah Ann McDonald (Gerry), Angela Dalrymple (Jerry) and Judith Ann Bradbury-Kimes (Bill); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Danielle and Christopher; and his great grandchildren, Emily, Juliet, Isabella, Wesley and Nash.
