He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph A. Keegan and Hanorah Harrington Keegan; his children, Thomas Keegan, Anna Keegan (Michelle), Gerald Keegan (Mary) and Patrick Keegan (Suzanne); and his wife Mary Keegan.
