He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Julia Rooney, Marie Wallace and James Welker. He is survived by: his parents, Dr. Weston Welker and Marci Welker; his siblings, Matt Welker (Zena) and Molly Hall (Ash); his nieces and nephews, Camden Welker, Keegan Hall, Turner Welker, Irie Welker and Addie Hall; his grandparents, Barbara Welker and Tom Wallace; his aunt Kathie Welker; and his uncles, Jim Becton and Vance Welker (Trina).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of Josh Welker, to the ministries of Rivertree Church or Whitesburg Baptist Church.
