She was predeceased by: her parents, James Caleb and Alice Tarwater; and her husband A. T. Crumley. She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Nixon (Douglas) and Leslie Lucking; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Dodd (Rob), Emily Pierce (Joe Parry), Andrew Peters, Janet Pierce (Robert Cowart) and Sean Lucking (Aline). She is also survived by four great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
