She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Garfield Garner, Jr.; her daughter Donna Lynne Garner; and her brother Cecil Raymond Rogers. She is survived by: her siblings, Dorothy Rogers Atkins, Marilyn Rogers Deaton and Richard Rogers; her children, Vicki Garner, Lori Garner Brown, Tracy Garner Hayes, Amanda Garner Hodges and Tom Garner; and her grandchildren, Megan Bradley Crown, Danny Hudson, Elizabeth Shelton, Fiona Hodges, Chloe Hodges, Ruben Enders, Charlotte Hodges and Nicole Hayes.
