She was predeceased by: her husband Brooks Church; and her brother Danny Fortner. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Lynne Fortner; her children, Brenda Church (Jeanne Earwood), Cami Reese (Fred) and Rance Church (Ruth); her grandson Carter Church; and her stepgrandsons, Justin Holland (Margaret) and Jason Holland (Xin Dogterom).
