He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Kinsella (Suzi) and Eric Kinsella; his granddaughters, Louise and Cecilia Kinsella; his siblings, Jonathan Whitehead, Jeff Whitehead and Keri Tate; and his former wives, Cynthia Kinsella (Ed) and Mary Jane Whitehead.
