He was predeceased by: his father Ray Colwick; his sister Lisa Oller; his stepfather Bill Oller; and his stepson Jeremy. He is survived by: his mother Gwendolyn Colwick; his wife Sallie; his son John (Rena); his grandsons, Mark Reeder (Emily) and Julian Reeder; his nephew Jeremy Collins; and his great-niece Cambri Collins.
