It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lewis Baker Jr. of Huntsville, Alabama, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on November 24, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis R. Baker, Sr. and Mary B. Cox Baker. He is survived by: his wife Dorris "Dody" Horne Baker; his children, Bryan of Athens, AL, Brett of Huntsville, AL, Elizabeth Macklem (Jon) of Fairhope, AL and Kathryn Parsons (Matthew) of Athens, AL; his grandchildren, Jordan, Michael Baker, Ford, Whit, Sutton Macklem, Kaitlyn and Baker Parsons; and his sister Gail Baker Cook (Jim).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Ray's honor to the Rotary Foundation or St. Jude.
