He was predeceased by: his parents, L. J. Jolly and Myrtle Jolly; and his siblings, Don Taylor and Diane Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Diane Jolly; his children, Rhonda Green (Jerry), Lewis Wade Jolly (Amy) and Anthony Jolly (Teri); and his sisters, Barbara Haferkamp and Wanda Jennings (Terry). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
