She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Foreman and Jane Comeaux Foreman; and her siblings, Jeannette Fay Davis (Foreman) and James Robert. She is survived by: her brothers, Chet Foreman of Huntsville, AL, Perry Foreman, Don Scalf of Tampa, FL, Glen Foreman of Huntsville, AL and Michael Foreman; her children, Dale Whitehead of Haymarket, VA and Sherith Bankston of Knoxville, TN; and her grandsons, Everett Colverson and Taylor Hudson of Knoxville, TN. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and hundreds of friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you please consider donating to either the Wounded Warrior Project or the Sarcoma Foundation of America.
