She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Ray Brooks and Ethel Yancey Brooks; her husband Richard Hugh Scott; and her siblings, Talmadge Ray Brooks, Kenneth Wayne Brooks and Mary Elizabeth Ashley.
She is survived by: her sister Marie Tice of Post Falls, Idaho; and her children, Kristi V. Cox (Tony), Donald L. Vice II, Elizabeth V. Daly (Rod) and John L. Vice. She is also survived by five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
