She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Adcock and Evelyn Nunley; her husband Bobby Ray Slayton; and her brother Tommy Nunley. She is survived by: her sons, Joel Slayton (Sharon) of Winchester, TN and David Slayton (Julie) of Huntsville, AL; her sister Lisa Pate (Bruce); her grandchildren, Ashley, Caitlyn, Edwin and Mimi; and her sibling's children, Jacob, Ben, Brooke, Mandy, Jennilee and Katie.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or to Childhaven.
