He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Lane of Wagarville; his parents, Lloyd Livingston Smith, Sr. and Maggie Lee Burnham; and his children-in-law, Debbie Tittsworth Smith (Lloyd III) and Steve Streeter (Shirley).
He is survived by: his children, Shirley Streeter (Steve) of Maryville, Lloyd L. Smith, III (Patrice) of Tullahoma and Bob Smith (Vickie) of Trussville, Alabama.; his close friend Jack Parker; his former wife Faith Ann Ross of Greenville; and his stepchildren, Dan Ross (Sharon), David Ross (Suzanne) and Kathy Crohn (Burke).
