He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Jaco and Margaret Jaco; his daughter Patricia Ruth Jaco; and his siblings, Connie Esslinger and Bobby Jaco.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Jaco; his sons, Wayne Jaco Jr., Scott Jaco and Michael Jaco (Jamie); his grandchildren, Tyler Jaco, Aidee Jaco and Logan Jaco; his great grandchild Astrid O'Connor; and his sister Faye Selby (Larry).
